Logistics

Transportation sets Jasper apart. It’s a well-connected location for accessing suppliers, customers, intermodal hubs and the global marketplace.

In addition to its appealing access to easy-to-traffic highways and railways, Jasper also has a robust Underground Highway with access to natural gas, water and oil pipelines.

Jasper Airport

Jasper, as the regional hub, has the only airport of its class within a 50-mile radius. Jasper County Bell Field, two miles from downtown Jasper, offers 24-hour private and corporate services. It provides 5,500 feet of all-weather lighted and paved runway, published instrument approach procedures and AWOS. There is also a privately-owned heliport and LifeFlight helicopter service.

Nearby airports

International and domestic U.S. flights are available through Houston’s Bush Intercontinental Airport (130 miles) and Hobby Airport (142 miles). Also close to Jasper is Jefferson County Airport in Beaumont (72 miles).

Rail

The Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad serves Jasper. Both reciprocal and piggy-back services are available.
